PAT BG Manufactures Hydropower Components for a Pelton Solution
This project showcases the Pelton turbine housing and runner, entirely manufactured in-house by PAT BG — from raw material to finished assembly.
The Pelton runner was precision-machined from a single monoblock, ensuring maximum structural integrity, hydraulic efficiency, and long-term operational reliability. Every stage of the process — heavy machining, complex profiling, welding, fitting, and finishing — was executed under one roof, allowing full control over quality, tolerances, and performance.
This project reflects PAT BG’s capability to deliver large-scale, high-precision hydropower components, combining advanced manufacturing know-how with deep expertise in energy and heavy industry applications.
